Support sourcing project managers in purchase order management and supplier coordination
Responsibilities:
Purchase request (PR) handling and overall process management
PSM work coordination, includes: File management, Supplier Extend, Sample delivery support, Info updating in Ericoll, etc
Other administrative work
Qualifications& Requirements:
Excellent English language skill both in reading and writing
Strong communication skill
Well organized and structured thinking
Quick learning skill
Familiar with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Related major in Logistics Management, International Trade, Business Administration or Telecommunication
Internship experience in foreign company preferred
Work time:
At least 3 days per week and total internship period is about 6 months
