卓越亚马逊人力资源实习生

每周工作4-5天，至少能实习3个月
在读人力资源及相关专业研究生、本科生优先,表现优秀者有机会给以转正机会

工作职责：
在招聘网站及时准确的发布/更新/删除职位信息
根据职位描述，利用关键词进行简历初步筛选；
安排面试并更新记录表；
招聘系统信息录入及维护；
其它与招聘有关的行政或协调工作。
任职资格：
本科\研究生在读，专业不限，人力资源管理相关专业优先考虑；
英语六级及以上，具备良好的英语听说读写能力；
熟练操作微软OFFICE软件，特别是WORD 和 EXCEL；
有志于在招聘或HR领域中发展的候选人优先考虑；
耐心、认真、细致，办事有条理；
能有效管理有限的时间；
工作态度积极，能在压力下工作；
能确保每周4-5个工作日（周一到周五），至少能实习3个月。

Recruiting Intern

Responsibilities:
Qualified candidates will be able to communicate with candidatesandinterviewers smoothly. The best candidates will have good verbal andwrittencommunication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time andunderstandthe value of candidate experience.
- Operate recruiting system to post openings both internally and externally;
- Responsible of CV review and 1st phone interview
- Take charge of all rounds of interview arrangement and coordination
- Push interview feedback from interviewers, and schedule hiring meetings
- Update candidate tracking list and recruiting data weekly
- Support offer and labor contract related documentations preparation andfiling
- Support campus recruiting and other recruiting projects
Requirements:


- University students major in human resources management orequivalentexperience
- Good English communications skills both verbal and written
- Move fast and detail- driven
- Good teamwork
- Be calm under big pressure
- At least 4 working days per week, commitment for 6 months
