Works as an experienced (Senior) CMMB hardware integration and verification engineer in Engine programs  for Nokia Windows Phone Engineering organization.
  Main Responsibility Areas:
1.Follow-up of CMMB chipset vendors / their offering
2.Establish/maintain relationships to CMMB chipset vendors
Establish/maintain relationships to UAM vendors (if not handled by CMMB chipset vendor)
Stay up-to-date with CMMB technology offering
3.  Testing / Benchmarking  CMMB solutions
（1） During chipset vendor selection process
（2）  Once chipset vendor is selected, testing is required for new versions/releases (incl new SW releases as they may have impact to HW performance)
Both lab and field testing
4.Executing T-milestone process, key points being
Nokia's technical evaluation/acceptance testing
（1） See required competencies for technical evaluation break-down
Quality monitoring/acceptance (both documents and the vendor's processes)
（2）  Typically sourcing organization has Quality Technology Managers (QTM) who can do most of the quality assessments
4.Releasing / maintaining the CMMB reference design for product programs
   Coding of the components to Nokia PDM/cad library
（1）CAD teams can support here
5. Schematics release and layout recommendations
6.Support for customer programs
Schematics and layout reviews
Phone level integration testing (BB and RF)
  
   
Qualifications
· RF design / RF system architecture understanding
Needed to evaluate chipset candidate's RF performance and the impact for phone integration and antenna design
·BB design /testing
Needed to understand / measure the digital buses between the CMMB receiver and host processor
Also power supplies / power consumption measurements are in scope
·RF test experience / test system development
CMMB RF measurements are quite tedious, so an automated test system (LabView) should be in place
· General knowledge on digital modulations and CMMB system concepts/architecture
·Basic understanding of package qualification
   
Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical Engineering or related degree/experience
  
  
薪水根据个人能力而定，7级工程师8-12K，8级工程师12-20K，9级工程师20-30K，依次上升。
