ACS (Automation Control Solutions) Beijing Team in HTSC (Honeywell Technology Solutions, China) is one key R&D team for Honeywell with a size of 70+ talents which are still in rapid growth stage (30% in 2010). The team mainly focuses on system software development, hardware development for building automation and industrial automation. Project types vary from full life cycle development, application development, testing, localization, etc. Established in 2002, the whole team is at a stage for transition from technology service to design authority program. The business drive behind is to apply innovative technology into Building Automation (Comfort, Security, Safety), Smart Building, HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Energy Management, Smart Grid, infrastructure solutions etc. The product portfolio includes building platform/application and tools, building controller, Building Information Modeling etc, which are targeted both in global and local market.

Software Engineer

Key Responsibility

• Software Developer in Building Automation and Control program.
• Take the responsibility for software design, development and unit testing for system components;
• Be able to deliver high quality software product with high quality;
• Participate in full lifecycle of software development

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor or above degree, major in Computer, Automation, EE, or related fields
• Solid programming skills in Microsoft .Net
• Be familiar with Microsoft MFC development will be a plus
• Solid knowledge in software data structure and basic arithmetic
• Good knowledge and awareness in Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
• Quick learning in new technology, problem solving capability
• Good communication skills, both in terms of expressing themselves verbally and in writing.
