POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced ETLDeveloper to join our Hercules Results Storage Development team in Beijing,China.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ÿ
Bachelors/Master’s degree in ComputerScience, Mathematics, Engineering or related field

Ÿ
Expert in ETL techniques and bestpractices to handle large volume of data

Ÿ
Direct verifiable experience withmulti-Terabyte data installations required

Ÿ
Expertise around database programmingand performance tuning techniques both in ETL and RDBMS

Ÿ
Strong knowledge in extracting datafrom diverse sources like flat files, XML, relational tables, etc.

Ÿ
Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle

Ÿ
XML, XSD, Xpath, XQuery experience

Ÿ
Proven problem solving skills

Ÿ
Must be highly motivated, quicklearner, work independently with minimal supervision

Ÿ
Ability to communicate in both writtenand verbal English

Ÿ
Ability to work productively in aglobally distributed development team

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Ÿ
Experience in setting up and managingETL environments

Ÿ
Experience with programming Shell,Python, Perl, Ruby or similar is preferred

Ÿ
Experience in reporting solutions ishighly preferred

Ÿ
Experience in Java development ispreferred

Ÿ
Experience with Talend is a plus

Ÿ
Experience in financial services is aplus
