岗位职责：
The qualified candidates will contribute to the development life cycle of Alcatel-Lucent’s MCAS platform software, including design, coding and testing.
  
MCAS stands for Modular Convergent Application Server.  It is a telco-grade execution platform for applications spanning the IN, IMS and/or web domains.  MCAS is an industry leading Application Server that provides cross domain connectivity for IMS (IP Multimedia System) (e.g. SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), Diameter), non-IMS (e.g. HTTP, SMS (Short Message Service)) and traditional legacy environments (SS7).  It enables fast and cost effective creation of new services.  These services can blend legacy, IT, Web, SIP, and media services to meet the personal and business needs of end-users.
  
MCAS is the next generation converged services platform for Alcatel-Lucent.  
  
招聘要求：
1 Education background: Bachelor or above
  
2 Major in Computer Science / Communication, or related
  
3 More than 2+ year software development experience. Good knowledge of SW development process, methodology and software product life cycle.
  
  
4 Good at English, both written and oral
  
5 Technical skills:
1) Experienced with Linux/Unix environment
2) Experienced with C/C++
3) Familiar with shell script
4) Familiar with Java
5) Familiar with lex/yacc
6) Familiar with CORBA
  
6 Strong teamwork spirit, good communication skills. Passionate on software development and learning new knowledge.
