As a member of the Global Design ServiceCAE Tool Support organization, provide front-line support to the hardwareengineering community in CRDC.

* Support CAE workstations and OS(e.g.HW health check/refreshment, kick-start, re-image, configuration, user envsetting, problem shooting, soft installation, tools deployment, security policyenforcement and audit ).

* Develop in-housescripts, tools, systems.

* Participate in team initiatives and assistin developing and supporting internal CAE design environment.

* Continuouslymonitor and drive improvements in support processes.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree or higher in computer engineeringor computer science (or similar/relevant field).

* Solid knowledge, as well as hands-onexperience, with Linux and Windows OS, for both operation and administration.

* Familiar withPC architecture.

* Fundamentalknowledge on network principle and protocol.

* Excellent programmingskill with Perl and Shell script. Good at regular expression.

* Strongself-study ability.

* Good writtenand oral communication skills, both Mandarin and English.

* Proactiveattitude in identifying issues and risks. Strong problem solving skills.

* Demonstrate teamworkas well as self-directed work ethic. Ability to take ownership.

* Strongprocess focus, able to see opportunities for improvement in the business.

Good-to-have skills:

* Otherscript language such as PHP, Python, Java script.

* Web development.
