MSIT Dynamics CRM Service Engineering PM

Are you interested in shaping the future vision of how we implement Dynamics CRM across various businesses scenarios and evolve the platform strategy?  Is it your passion to glue various technologies together across the Microsoft stack to tell the market ready story of how we provide private and public cloud solutions?  If so, this career is for you.  

We are looking for a strong Services Engineering PM that will work with various business stakeholders and global team of engineers to support the solutions we deliver.  It is our charter to create and implement the roadmap that will usher solutions to CRM Online and integrate the various complementary Cloud product like Azure, O365, System Center, and more. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for communication, coordination of global teams, engineering excellence, has the ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply to real world scenarios, and works well in a fast paced and agile environment.
As a member of MSIT SESIT Dynamics team you will work closely with our engineers, program management, product teams, and virtual team members across the Microsoft SESIT organization to help ensure that customer needs and requirements are driven into our services, as well as to provide escalation support. You will exercise your abilities in customer service, change management, incident management, problem management, and troubleshooting for all activities related to the operation of the ConnectedCRM services and infrastructure systems for our customers. This role is central to ensuring that customers are satisfied with our services. If you’re looking for a challenging and demanding environment this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities:

·
Work with Solutions Engineering to develop design strategies that integrate operational excellence across the platform solutions.

·
Drive strong communication and relationship with China business, global engineering, and global service engineering teams.

·
Expand on knowledge and expertise in Dynamics CRM and Dynamics suite of services.

·
Proactively support multiple and highly complex Dynamic CRM systems across various business process units.

·
Coordination across multiple interdependent support teams for problem detection through resolution.

·
Driving efficiency into customer deployment processes via excellent documentation and automation of repeated tasks.

·
System deployments under deadlines driven by program management.

·
Service execution to strict SLAs

Minimum Requirements:

·
Proven track record managing and supporting large scale enterprise solution.

·
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills in English and Mandarin (verbal, written, and presentation)

·
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles methodologies.

·
Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and thought leadership.

·
Excellent decision making skills and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.

·
Proven experience with failure point analysis, root cause analysis, and problem detection and triage techniques.

·
Outstanding problem solving skills.

·
Worked extensively in a global delivery model.

·
Ability to read, interpret, and implement moderately complex engineering specifications.

·
Ability to communicate effectively throughout internal IT groups and customers.

·
Understanding of ITIL and Microsoft Operations Framework processes

Preferred Requirement:

·
Working knowledge of infrastructure, operating systems, and networking protocols.

·
Good understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms

·
Dynamics AX and CRM Experience, 3+ years.
