Project  Specialist (Intern)

· Make industry survey and collet on competitor benchmarking information
· Deep-dive Analysis on VOC data, including posts on channels of Social Media, Customer Reviews, Customer Experience Survey(CES), Help Community
· Business Report consolidation, compiling, filing and recording
· Customer impacting issues categorization and analysis
· Other day-to-day tasks as required

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree and above
· Excellent English written and oral communication skills
· Ability to deep dive/analyze customer related data and draw conclusions
· Goal driven, target orientated, able to step back and look at the bigger picture

Preferred Qualifications

· Excellent of English writing and spoken skills, CET6
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

时间要求：每周实习4天及以上，持续6个月及以上

工作地点：北京市朝阳区东四环中路远洋国际中心（近地铁四惠站，公交慈云寺及慈云寺桥站）
