Justification
1. The deep study of charging algorithm, like fast charging solution, to short the charging time and enhance user experience
2. Battery technology and principles study, to develop high capacity (or small size/slim) battery with good safety for phone design flexibility

Responsibilities
1. Study charging algorithm and battery modeling
2. Study battery technology and new component investigation
3. Hold internal training and cross function training

Qualification
1. Master or above master degree
2. The major should be electrochemistry, chemical engineering or materials Engineering
3. Have background or experience on lithium ion battery or Lithium Polymer battery development
4. Can work in the company at least 1 year, with 3 full days per week
