Main Responsibility:
Provide high quality and efficient assistant service to Supply Chain Director.
   
Responsibilities:
1. Assist SC Director with daily administrative work, including setting up meetings, travel arrangements, report and document preparation and filing, budgeting and expenses claims
2. Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors, schedules appointments and meetings
3. Provide general admin assistance to the management team when required, including internal coordination, regular internal meeting organization, visitor program preparation and annual team activities organization.
4. Compose letters, take minutes and translate during the meetings
5. Secretarial support on Projects when required by SC Director
6. Assume additional duties and accountabilities as assigned by SC Director
   
Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Supply Chain or related field
2. Excellent PC skill, proficient in outlook and Microsoft office will be a plus.
3. Excellent command of verbal and written English.
4. Mature interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, Strong organizing ability, coordinating ability, team work spirit.Especially should be careful enough and have higher sense of emergency.
Preferred Qualifications:  
1. Excellent command of verbal and written English.

3. Could work for at least 6 months.
