Project Specialist (Intern)
项目:Amazon.cn网站功能的更新、升级;客户服务人员使用的CSC系统的更新、升级;
Work on the projects related with Customer Service department, including:
. Involve in requirements analysis, evaluate project impacts on customer experience;
. Do user acceptance testing and give change requests on workflow or web page wording if needed,
. Coordinate help page development,
. Coordinate training to CSA (Customer Service Associates),
. Involve in project postmortem analysis, evaluate if project goals achieved and how is the impact on customer experience.
负责客户服务部门的相关项目活动,包括:
. 参与需求分析,评估项目对客户体验的影响,
. 用户验收测试,如有必要对操作流程和页面文字给出修改意见,
. 负责协调帮助页面的开发,
. 负责协调对客户服务中心的同事进行培训,
. 参与项目总结分析,评估项目目标是否实现以及对客户体验的影响。 Basic Qualifications . Knowledge and experience in project management activities including project initiation, project planning, project execution and project closure
. English skill both in written and verbal
. Effective communicator, who can make things simple, with the ability to explain one thing in multiple ways so that ensure understanding
