1.        Job Description
• Assist in the deployment of Supply Chain's Lean Continuous Improvement Programs, including but not limited to Standard Work, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping•
• Coordinate and track the training of Supply Chain team members, while ensuring that resources and instructional materials are updated and maintained to meet ongoing needs•
• Develop and maintain databases for easy update and reference of lean resources and training materials•
• Develop and implement an effective strategy for communicating the status and results of the continuous improvement efforts•
• Facilitate problem solving activities and workshops

2.        Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, Statistics or related fields•
• Basic understanding of Lean concepts and principles•
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational capabilities•
• Keen attention to details•
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly•
• Ability to work well with cross functional teams both within and outside of Supply Chain organization•
• Strong verbal and written English and Chinese•
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL

3.        Preferred Qualifications
• Formal training or certification in Lean•
• Proven experience in Lean implementation
• 1.研一、研二、大四保研、出国等非应届生，理工科名校工业工程、计算机科学技术、管理科学与工程、项目管理、统计学等 相关专业，有相关实习经验者优先；2.能保证6个月以上，每周4天以上的实习时间，实习合格后有转正机会；3.工作地点：慈云寺远洋国际中心A座（地铁四 惠站附近）。
其他要求：每周至少保证4个工作日，实习期在3-6个月
