External Job Description
Support Amazon daily operations of import and export business.
Import & export documents preparation, archiving etc.
Support international logistics service bidding document preparation
Daily/weekly reports in KPI monitoring/shipment tracing and tracker
Supplier contract management
Support AG program coordination with other teams

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree above
International trade knowledge or logistics knowledge
Good command in spoken and written in English.
Skills in common office softwares eg. Word, Excel, PPT
Good interpersonal skills, ability to positively influence and build relationships with team members.
Able to work under pressure.
Good time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Data analysis skills;
Case analytical skills
