We're looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Game Designer to join our casual games team. The right candidate will have an infectious enthusiasm for games, at least one year of experience in a game design role, and will have worked on a live free-to-play game. This role will be responsible for the creation of compelling in games missions, quests, events, and content. Day to day, this will include writing, balancing, and the ability to use DATA to guide decision and iteration. He or she will be geniunely passionate about casual games, and will understand what makes games fun and how to engage users. Finally, the right designer for us will has excellent understanding of free-to-play design concepts.

What you get to do everyday:
Be an advocate for the creative direction of the game throughout the game’s life cycle
Work with engineering and art teams to effectively implement top quality game content
Utilize game systems, economies, and mechanics to convey story and intent
Provide clear documentations, diagrams, wireframes and/or prototypes
Analyze live data and player feedback to continually optimize the player’s experience
Assist in writing of game editorial content, including fiction, descriptions and tutorials

What you bring to the role:
1+ years game industry experience
At least 1 shipped mobile title as a Game Designer
Ability to analyze gameplay mechanics and feature designs
Experience with video game content and storytelling
Understanding of interaction design concepts and principles
Able to excel in an agile team environment
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
A passion for playing and making video games
Bachelors degree required;
